OUR STORY
Started in Pontiac. Headquartered in Birmingham. Built across all of Oakland County.
In 2009, Charles Laird, Jr. launched 4Houses Realty out of a second bedroom in Pontiac. No franchise. No outside backing. Just a license, a laptop, and a conviction that Oakland County deserved a real estate team built entirely around it. Eleven years later, the business had grown enough to move into its first commercial office in Bloomfield Hills. A year after that, the team outgrew that too — and in 2021, 4Houses Realty moved into its current home in Birmingham, Michigan. The address changed three times. The standard never did. Today, 4Houses Realty serves buyers and sellers across Oakland County — from entry-level starts in Pontiac to luxury moves along the Woodward Corridor — with a team of specialists who know every corner of the county because they work it every day.
