Danny Kasyouhanan is a full-time Realtor with 4Houses Realty specializing in helping physicians, medical professionals, executives, and high-income buyers relocate throughout Oakland County and the Metro Detroit area. Working primarily along the Woodward Corridor — including Birmingham, Bloomfield Hills, Royal Oak, and Beverly Hills — Danny is known for delivering a high level of service to clients navigating demanding schedules, relocation timelines, and competitive real estate decisions.



Before entering real estate, Danny attended Lawrence Technological University’s College of Engineering and successfully owned and operated his own business for eight years. He also spent several years as a certified personal trainer, experiences that helped shape the discipline, work ethic, and client-focused mindset he brings to real estate today.



Danny’s clients appreciate his responsiveness, attention to detail, and ability to guide complex transactions smoothly from start to finish. Many of the buyers he works with are balancing career transitions, hospital start dates, financing approvals, and relocation logistics all at once.
